SOUND SYSTEM APPEAL

On April 22nd, at the 11:00 AM service, we shall receive a Special Offering in an effort to fully fund the new sound system.  We only need $687 to pay the contractor and say of this project “mission accomplished”.  If you would like to receive credit on your annual financial statement for your gift, simply write on a white envelope: your name, the date, the amount of the gift, and the words “sound system”.

PATRIOTIC MUSICALE ’07

Anyone who would like to be a performer at this year’s Memorial Day Patriotic Musicale, “Broadway Rhythms”…to benefit the Wounded Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines of the Iraqi and Afghanistan wars, is invited to attend a planning session at Margie Landis’ house, 4905 Marietta Pike, at 3 PM this afternoon.  Bring music, if you have any, and suggestions about what you might like to sing or play.  Anything from an American musical is possible.
